TRINC's discharge needle has a long life. TRINC products have an easy maintenance such as one-touch cleaning and auto-cleaning, but sometimes users tend to forget to clean the needle. When the ionizer has been used for long time, discharge needle has come worn out and effectiveness of static elimination may reduce. The periodical exchange of needle is recommended.

In reality, conventional spot-type ionizers are spraying foreign materials onto the　objects. Even though foreign materials in the compressed air can be filtered, the　foreign substances generated at the discharge needles has been unavoidable.　Because if you try to filter these substances, the ions will also be dissipated.　In the fields where these ultra-fine materials are totally prohibited, such as bio related fields handling ultra-fine cells and the field handing ultra-high definition image sensors, the ionic air blowing which otherwise dusts off as it dissipate static cannot be adopted. To solve this problem, TRINC has developed a new product, "CLEAN -AIR SPOTRINC.” The hollow fiber filter newly adopted makes it possible to blow with super clean air 99.99% filtered ultra-fine foreign substances of 0.01μm in size. With the help of the TRINC Leak-Free structure, it is possible to remove ultra-fine foreign materials while neutralizing static electricity by the power of ions without splaying foreign materials generated at the discharge needles. In addition to the already released "CLEAN-AIR GUN TRINC", we have "CLEAN-AIR SPOTRINC" to enhance the clean air series and respond to various applications.
