The use of the dust-removing box, however, comes up with a fatal flaw that it takes in the dust produced from worker's apparel or floating in the air thus to have it attached to the products. The same is true for the air-blow gun in the sense that it blows off dust into the air to contaminate the environment. TRINC has focused attention on these common errors and devised ideal solution.

At the manufacturing facilities, blowing off dust from their products and parts have been conventionally adopted. But, because the blowing inside the facilities causes dust to spread about to break down the clean environment, they have been worried with this vicious cycle. TRINC has developed BLOW ZONE TRINC to solve this problem. Since it collects all the dust once blown off and never let it go back into the facilities again, the clean environment is maintained. In addition, those basic problems carried over from the old time, like the dust generated from clothes of workers themselves and the one continuously floating inside the facilities, have been resolved thoroughly. That is, the working area is filled with the filtered clean air being divided from the outside air, so the dust coming out from workers and staying potentially inside the factory are banned from going into the clean area. The annoying problem accompanying dust blowing conventionally is completely resolved. The combination use of this with the ROOM-LESS ION SHOWER (a simplified air-shower that removes static from workers with ionic air and blow off dust at once before their entering into the factory) composes a full-dress air-shower.

In industry, a clean bench means a stand-alone type compartment surrounded by vinyl sheets and mounted with an FFU (fan filter unit) on the ceiling. It has not been a easy job to install the conventional clean bench into the conveyor line because a fairly big modification is needed for the compartment so as to have a hole each on right and left sidewalls to let the conveyor pass through. TRINC has developed a new product “CONVEYOR CLEAN BENCH” to solve this problem. This equipment can be set up on the conveyor in the form of it straddling the conveyor without modifying the line currently used. Placing this equipment in the process that requires a clean environment on the conveyor solves dust-related problems as well.
