TRINC's discharge needle has a long life. TRINC products have an easy maintenance such as one-touch cleaning and auto-cleaning, but sometimes users tend to forget to clean the needle. When the ionizer has been used for long time, discharge needle has come worn out and effectiveness of static elimination may reduce. The periodical exchange of needle is recommended.


Automation and robotization are rapidly advancing in factories and distribution centers.

Especially in distribution centers, since corrugated cardboards covered with dust are transported and sorted,
the problem of malfunction due to dust adhesion is serious. And once malfunction happens,
the valuable shipper's items will be destroyed or lost.
Each package holds important data such as ID, delivery source (shipper), delivery destination, etc.,
and these are printed by barcode or QR code. If the sensor misreads this information, the site will be in turmoil.
That is why "It is just dust, but it becomes a big issue”.

TRINC releases the world's first "dust protector" that protects the light receiving part from dust
by installing it near the photo sensor, which is the key to the automation.

At conventional factories, they have used the green colored conductive mat on the workbench to ground it as a minimum required condition for work environment, and seeing the green color has made them rest assured of that. But, in reality, it has been almost of no use for improving work environment. Being no static in the work space so no dust attaching to products is a requisite for the work environment, but conventional conductive mats are made completely unconcerned about anti-dust-attachment, the most essential, so loosely as to allow dust to attach to the products just as it likes. That is, there has been the condition of static-related failures taking place with no holds barred. "ZERO ZERO KITRINK" offers to you the ultimate clean environment to solve this problem. Practically the "PHASED ARRAY SMART TRINC," a part of kit, neutralizes all of the static charged on floating dust, workers and products to realize the no dust-adhesion space and then the "DUST ABSORPTION MATRINC," the other part, absorbs dust. When working with precision parts and electronic parts, we suffer from electrostatic destruction due to static electricity and defects due to dust adhering. As a countermeasure, we have traditionally laid a conductive mat (a rug that releases static electricity) on the work desk. It has been a standard tactics. However, even if the conductive mat can remove static electricity, it does not prevent the adhesion of dust and foreign matter, and as a result, the factory continues to make defects. Dust floating in the space will eventually fall on the floor or work desk and accumulate. In other words, the work desk is a graveyard for dust, and since we are working precisely in such an environment, it is natural that foreign matter defects will occur.
