TRINC's discharge needle has a long life. TRINC products have an easy maintenance such as one-touch cleaning and auto-cleaning, but sometimes users tend to forget to clean the needle. When the ionizer has been used for long time, discharge needle has come worn out and effectiveness of static elimination may reduce. The periodical exchange of needle is recommended.



With the upsizing and higher resolution of the LCD TVs, the glass panels used for them have also grown larger and thinner, which in turn becomes a main source of the lowered production yield due to a quality problem of dust adhesion at the time of their transportation and machining process. The dust-removing method used conventionally for panel materials has a structure of the backup rollers placed beneath the panel and the so-called air knife which blows off intensely the dust attaching to the panel either leeward or windward to be vacuumed up there. But realistically the dust collection is so poor that a dust-removing rate has always been kept at low level. To cope with this, a supersonic device or an ionizer was once used together with it, but none of these showed any good result in terms of the effectiveness of micro-dust removal from the products. To break through this difficult situation, TRINC has developed a new basic construction and released "PANEL TRINC" and finally solved those conventional problems.

This is a device to clean off microscopic foreign materials adhering to these sheet-feds. With the new cleaning principle adopted, both high dust-removing rate and high stability are assured. Thus it exercises continuous stable and high performance no matter when, where, and who it is operated. And what is the most marvelous of it is its size. Since device’s width is less than 47mm, it can be inserted between two units of equipment to use. Generally, cleaning is an incidental process taken just before the materials are machined. So, a large cleaning device, if used, wouldn’t match its original purpose. The reason of its width being set less than 47mm is to meet the needs at the work-site, that is, it is intended to be inserted into a marginal gap between the previous and post-processes.

The materials used at the factory are supplied in the form of coils or panels due to their productivity and efficiency, for example, in the electronics industry: copper foils for printed circuit boards, in the battery industry: metal electrode foils for lithium ion batteries, in the food industry: aluminum and iron thin plates beverage cans, in the automobile industry: aluminum and iron plates for the car bodies.

An adhesion phenomenon of foreign substances is remarkable in the case of resin, but they adhere in the same way even on conductors. Despite the fact that no static electricity takes place on the conductor, the foreign matter adhere relentlessly through the electrostatic induction phenomenon. Strangely, however, until now there have been no measures available to remove foreign substances attached to these metals. The reason for this is that foreign matter adhering to conductors are not easy to remove in principle. TRINC has developed “METAL PANEL TRINC” that solves this problem.
