TRINC's discharge needle has a long life. TRINC products have an easy maintenance such as one-touch cleaning and auto-cleaning, but sometimes users tend to forget to clean the needle. When the ionizer has been used for long time, discharge needle has come worn out and effectiveness of static elimination may reduce. The periodical exchange of needle is recommended.



An O-ring is an important mechanical element that connects two mechanical elements and has a fluid flowing through them without leakage. However, if dust (foreign matters) adheres to the O-ring, a poor sealing could cause the fluid to leak. So, dust has to be prohibited on the O-ring. Though the O-ring loathes dust like this, it has also a weak point that it is weak against dust as well. The reasons for this are as follows ;
(1) It is made of rubber system.
(2)Since oil is applied to the surface, it is easy to adsorb dust.
(3)The dust once adhered is difficult to remove.
(4)When blowing from above the O-rings piled up high, the dust would further go nside.
Because taking care of O-rings from dust is so difficult, there have been no suitable countermeasures to date. In this instance, we have developed a dry cleaning device "O-RING TRINC" that solves these problems.

Powerful cleaning
A strong ion air blow removes the dust adhering to O-rings as it removes the static charged on them, so that the dust removal rate reaches 90%.

Since the robot automatically performs the dust removal work, manual work is unnecessary.

All dust removed from the O-ring are to be collected so as not to pollute the environment inside the factory.

Foreign substances are enemies for containers containing various foods such as ice cream and instant noodles. Because they are put in mouth, foreign substances are not permitted sanitarily so strictly managed at the production plant. In reality, however, unexpected situations such as a hair being detected in the food and cockroach's feet being found in the food have been happening. One of the causes is foreign substances in the container (cup). They may have entered somewhere in the cup before filling the food. So at the food factory, it is necessary to clean the cup before filling the food as a self-defense strategy. In general, containers (cups) are distributed in a superimposed form for bulkiness. How to sweep off the foreign substances contained in the superimposed cups is a technical challenge. In order to solve this problem, TRINC has developed a new product "CUP TRINC." TRINC has completed a technology to cleanly remove foreign substances adhering to the inside and outside of the cups superimposed about 60 by its unique structure. The foreign substances removal rate has reached 95% or more. It is a result of utilizing its vaunted static electricity removal technology, an ultra-clean clean bench technology and ultra-clean air blow technology. TRINC wishes this development will become good news for people who have suffered from foreign substance problems including food factories.
