IoTT TRINC IONIZER MONITORING SYSTEM
All of the ionizers connected to the LAN environment through the IoTT-TIMS network adaptor (option) can be collectively managed and controlled on the PC.

Feature 1

Displaying the status of ionizers in real time (available in two types of display screen)
The state for on/off of power and in/out of trouble (error) on each ionizer can be checked in real time.

Feature 2

Remote control with remote function
The power supply of the ionizers located in various circumstances, such as out of reach or in dangerous area, can be remotely controlled on the single PC screen. This function help s eliminate the wasteful power consumption by shutting out the power on the ionizers not needed to operate.

Feature 3

Easy establishment of ionizer management system with LAN connection
Simply connecting the IoTT-TIMS network adaptor to the LAN environment, an ionizer controlling/managing network can be established easily.

Feature 4

Managing multiple ionizers through one PC (Group Management is also available)
Managing multiple ionizers on a single PC is possible. But dividing them into a number of management groups according to installation locations and conditions, confirmation of their operational states and remote control in each group as a unit are also possible.

Central monitoring of static electricity in the wide factory

Feature 1

Automatic monitoring of static condition at up to 100 points
The automatic mode makes it possible to connect up to 100 static electrometers to monitor automatically.
Possible to measure the object at distance up to 200mm

Feature 2

Error-static detection signal output function
The static potential threshold can be set on each static electrometer, and when an error exceeding the threshold value occurs, the error signal is output to the external output of the static electrometer. The marker indicating the specific error value is shown in red on the screen graphic display.

Feature 3

Measurement of static with remote signal
This system can measure static electricity at the designated place when it is specified by the remote signal.

Three types of static measurement method SENSOR/GROUP/ALL
1. Measurement of one ( 1) specified static electrometer

Centrally manage the space cleanliness monitor located throughout the factory.

Feature 1

Automatic monitoring of cleanliness of up to 100 places
Up to 100 Space Cleanliness Monitors L (SCML) can be connected for automatic monitoring. Furthermore, it can be divided into multiple groups according to the conditions such as the installation location, and monitoring in units of groups is possible.

Feature 2

Two measurement modes: Continue / Interval
(1) It reads to measure the data of Space Cleanliness Monitor L (SC ML) at 1-minute intervals. (Continue)
(2) It reads to measure the data of Space Cleanliness Monitor L (SC ML) at the set measurement interval. When no measurement is performed, the power to Space Cleanliness Monitor L (SCML) is turned off to save the power and avoid fouling of instruments. (Interval)

Three types of cleanliness measurement methods: Sensor / Group / All
(1) Measuring a single Specified Cleanliness Monitor L (SCML) (Sensor)
(2) Measuring the Space Cleanliness Monitor L (SCML) of the specified group (Group)
(3) Measuring all Space Cleanliness monitor Ls (SCMLs) (All)

Feature 4

Power control to Space Cleanliness Monitor L (SCML) is possible with PC
Power is supplied to the Space Cleanliness Monitor L (SCML) whose connection has been confirmed among the registered Space Cleanliness Monitor Ls (SCM Ls). Wasteful power consumption is eliminated by stopping the operation of the Space Cleanliness Monitor L (SCML) that is not in use, such as in a stopped line.

Feature 5

Graphical display of measurement results
Measurement results of Space Cleanliness Monitor L (SCML) are displayed in both numerical values and two types of graphs. In addition to the current cleanliness of the space where the sensor is installed, it is possible to visually grasp the cleanliness in temporally transitional manner.
