Air blow nozzles evenly distributed from head to toe achieve uniform cleaning that was impossible with conventional air showers. Because the air contains a dense concentration of ions, it effectively removes foreign particles while neutralizing the static electricity that causes them to adhere.
Standard and High-Power Models: Installation-Free Ion Air Shower Box
We have introduced a lineup of two models: a Standard Model that is space-saving, runs on a 100/120/220V power supply, and offers excellent portability, and a High-Power Model that offers improved dust removal performance through a narrower nozzle pitch and increased air blow speed. Combined with the installation-free Ion Air Shower Box, a high-performance air shower can be set up anywhere.
Powerful dust removal with high-speed air blow containing dense ions
Air containing dense ions removes foreign particles while neutralizing static electricity. Thanks to its high static elimination capability and powerful air blow, it can now thoroughly remove foreign particles that adhere stubbornly due to static electricity, which conventional systems could not fully remove. In dust removal tests, a high removal rate of 92% was measured.*

Ready to use right away with no installation work, and easy to move anywhere
Unlike typical air showers, no installation work is required: simply place the unit and it is ready to use. In addition, the Standard Model runs on a 100/120/220V AC power supply, so it can be used anywhere regardless of location. The standard-type unit is compact, measuring W490 x D360 x H1,700 mm, so it takes up little space and can be installed comfortably even in tight areas. The unit is also equipped with casters, allowing it to be easily moved to any location where it is needed.
