Conventional ionizers have the same basic structure that both air and high voltage are in the same location. Moisture in the air turns to mist and when mist touches the electrodes, it causes the electrical leak and breakdown.

New No-Leak structure from TRINC

TRINC's basic design philosophy is "Separation of electrical parts from air" Separation of the high-voltage electricity from the compressed air eliminates the danger of electrical leaking caused by mist. N2 sheath air protects not only electrodes as conventional type ionizer but also whole high voltage parts and avoid electrical leaking from moisture. Furthermore, since the drift of the electric circuit ceases due to cleanliness, the stability and the reliability have been improved.
